Online Roster

Tamigo Online Roster, made up of five unique modules, uses roll based access and handles multiple departments. Tamigo is 100% web based and requires no installation whatsoever. This means that the roster and all additional functions in Tamigo are accessible no matter where you are. All you need is access to the internet. Tamigo is currently available in Danish, English and Norwegian, and other languages are being added regularly. This graph indicates the content of the different Tamigo Online Roster packages.


Packages

Basic
The Basic Package includes all the standard modules needed to use Tamigo Online Roster. You get access to the roster, shift exchange and absence function as well as selected communication functions and a common front page.

Medium
The Medium Package includes everything from the Basic Package plus our SMS function and document sharing. This package optimizes communication between your departments and with your employees.

Large
The Large Package includes everything from the Medium Package plus the ability to register employee’s time cards and export them directly to different salary systems. This package reduces errors and saves time when handling hourly wages.

Full
The Full Package gives you everything we’ve got! You get access to everything from the Large Package plus our reporting functionality. With this you can see salary percentages, productivity reports and more.

Enterprise
Tamigo Enterprise is the comprehensive project solution for large businesses and large chains. In addition to having Tamigo’s entire solution at your disposal, we also get your company up and running – from the first meeting until you are operational. We help define the project, ensure all important issues are addressed and educate relevant employees. And you’ll get regular project reports along the way.

Tamigo Enterprise also gives you the opportunity to define custom interfaces and reports, hold regular follow up meetings and receive extended telephone support.

Time and attendance registration

Check in/Check out
Tamigo’s time and attendance registration works like an online time clock. You can see exactly when your employees clock in and out of the workplace, no matter where you are in the world. You just need a device with internet access – either a computer or a touch screen. This gives you a continuous overview of your employees plus great documentation. It also gives you an opportunity to save a lot of money by only paying salary for the time your employees were actually on the job.

Front Page
Your Tamigo front page is also available on Tamigo Touch. This lets you share important information with your employees. Information they need when they arrive for their shift, for example. Tamigo Touch makes it easy - simply press the “Information” button.

Roster
It’s important to have the latest and greatest roster in a handy place. In fact, it often hangs in the employee lounge. Now the latest roster is always available on Tamigo Touch. And you, as manager, can easily move shifts around - directly in Tamigo Touch.

Setup
There is a onetime fee of 150 € (excluding VAT) for integration between Tamigo and Tamigo Touch.

Subscription
The price to use Tamigo Touch per department depends upon the number of employees. This must be purchased in addition to other Tamigo subscriptions.

Touch screen
Tamigo is not a supplier of touch screens, but we collaborate closely with Digipos. We’ll be glad to help you get in touch with them.

Holiday

All businesses need to keep track of employee’s vacation plans. Tamigo Holiday is a solution for businesses that want an online overview of vacation and absences, but don’t need rosters or timecards.

Tamigo Holiday handles everything relating to your company’s absences, such as employee’s vacation, free days, ongoing education, maternity leave, compensation days, etc. Employees can report absences themselves. Once they are entered, the appropriate manager can accept or reject the request. In addition to having an always up-to-date overview of employee’s planned absences, Tamigo Holiday is also a great reporting tool to keep track of actual absences.

Workshops

Tamigo Basic Workshop

To ensure a great start with Tamigo, we offer all our customers a workshop for planning and administration of the system. First you’ll learn about Tamigo’s functions and then you’ll get help getting your own company up and running. You’ll be ready to start using Tamigo as soon as you leave the workshop.

Instruction
Your business is already set up in Tamigo before you even arrive at the workshop. We gather all of the necessary information in advance and optimize your setup based on your specific requirements.

Support
Tamigo also provides support after the workshop. You get email support at support@tamigo.com, with an answer guaranteed within one business day. Also, during the first three months you can call us from 09:00 – 16:00 any business day at +45 70 27 93 30.

Price
Our locations: 200 €
A workshop at one of our locations in Lyngby, Odense or Århus in Denmark and costs 200 € excluding VAT per participant.

Online: 200 €
You can also get started directly over the internet. An online workshop costs 200 € kr. excluding VAT per department requiring setup.


Tamigo brush-up

Tamigo Brush-Up is an hour long session about Tamigo’s basic functions. This course is well suited to those who have used Tamigo previously as regular employees but now need use it in a planning role. This course is also designed for planners that would like to improve their knowledge of Tamigo so they can take full advantage of its features.

Tamigo Advanced

Tamigo Advanced is designed for experienced users of Tamigo’s basic functions who want to gain even more benefit from the solution. This two hour course focuses on Tamigo’s financial functions, reporting functions and advanced settings.
