Rasmus Borres eight 7-Eleven stores are the first sight several thousand commuters meet in the morning. The shops are located strategically at the stations from Elsinore down towards Copenhagen - one of the busiest train routes in Denmark.

But a large customer base, however, does not automatically mean a healthy business - especially if there is no control of what the shift schedule costs, says Rasmus Borre.

Stores work together

In addition, he emphasizes that Tamigo gives unobstructed view of all eight stores at one time, one place.

According to Rasmus Borre the administration of shift schedules, absence management and payroll for his almost 100 employees take up very little time in everyday life.


Without Tamigo I would have to spend 15-20 hours a month alone administrating the HR section, but it is now cut down to just two hours a month. I just press OK on my smartphone when I approve the change of shifts and absence requests from employees, who basically do not need training in Tamigo.

"In addition, payroll export only takes half an hour because Tamigo integrates directly to our payroll system."
